What is asked of you.
Circolo is a private house, not a platform. Membership is given, not bought, and it carries a few plain obligations. These are them.
Membership is given
Entry begins at Ospite, by invitation or by a name put forward. Tiers move at the discretion of the Direzione. No tier can be purchased, and none is permanent.
A seat is a promise
When you accept, the room is built around you: the table is laid to a number, the kitchen buys to a number. Withdraw more than seventy-two hours before and nothing is owed. Inside that window, the seat is charged, and the concierge will try to place someone in it.
Guests
A companion is by arrangement, never by assumption. They arrive as your guest, are seated by the house, and are held to the same terms. You answer for them.
What happens at the table
What is said at a Circolo table is not repeated with a name attached. Nobody is solicited, pitched, recorded or photographed without the room's knowledge. This is the one rule that ends a membership on its own.
Dues
Dues are set per tier and shown in the app before they are taken. They run for a term and do not renew silently — the house asks each time. Seat fees are separate and stated on the invitation.
Partner houses
Courtesies offered by partner houses are theirs to honour, on their own terms and subject to their availability. The house makes the introduction; it does not warrant the other house.
Ending
You may leave at any time, and what is owed stops the day you do. The house may end a membership where these terms are broken, or where discretion was not kept. It is said in person first, wherever possible.
Anything unclear here is answered in person. Write to the concierge from inside the app, or to privacy@circolo.life.
